- Fill in the order form on our website and let us know which colour and model of wash basin you choose (left, right, middle). If you decide to order a wash basin without a tap hole, remember to let us know about it in the order comments.
- We will confirm your order and specify the delivery date (the standard time is 3 weeks but we do our best to complete your order as soon as possible).
- After accepting your order, we will send you a proforma invoice and wait for your payment.
- After we receive your payment, we will start working on your order. We will inform you when the order is ready for shipping.
- When everything is ready, we will carefully prepare your wash basin for shipping, bearing in mind #ecopackaging rules, and hand it over to a courier to be delivered to you.
- You will receive your parcel with mounting and maintenance guidelines. From this moment on, a part of Cahaya will be in your home.
